Building Industry Association of Philadelphia
Board of Directors

Glen Mills, Pa. – (1/01/06) – Joseph Ruggiero, president of Ruggiero Development Group LLC, headquartered in Glen Mills, Pa., has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Building Industry Association of Philadelphia (BIA). Established in 1937, the BIA is a leading association of building professionals that promotes residential development and construction in the City of Philadelphia.

A professional with broad expertise, Joseph Ruggiero has built his career throughout 35 years in real estate, building and residential development. Today, his Ruggiero Development Group includes companies with expertise in site development, subdivision planning, residential building, property management, and real estate sales and service. With more than $35 million in sales, the company’s development projects are active primarily in Chester County, Pennsylvania, although the company is also building in the Delaware shore areas, the City of Philadelphia and in Florida.

Joseph has led his company through a philosophy of providing value and lifetime satisfaction, and a commitment to quality, personalized home designs, and outstanding service.
