Design Center Helps Buyers Create Perfection
Downingtown, Pa. –
(4/28/05) – A new home serves as a palette for
personal expression, offering the opportunity to create perfection
in every detail. At the new Tropea Communities Design Center,
buyers receive specialized assistance in choosing the interior
and exterior design options that reflect their individual
sense of style.
Located in Downingtown, the Tropea Communities
Design Center serves all buyers of Tropea homes. According
to Design Center Manager Nancy Erzin, "This is a place where
buyers can relax and enjoy choosing options for their new
homes. We meet with buyers individually, guide them through
the process, and help them select the products that can truly
make their house a home."
The Design Center includes four rooms, each
showcasing products for specific areas of the home. Product
samples, and options in color, texture and style are displayed
for siding, stone, roofing, trim and other exterior materials.
Interior selections for kitchen and bathroom cabinets and
fixtures, as well as carpeting, flooring, windows and more
are presented in realistic settings that show buyers how products
and combinations will look in the home.
Home buyers meet with Design Center Manager
Nancy Erzin for a one-on-one consultation. Personal meetings
can also be arranged for buyers who would like to consult
with flooring, electrical or lighting experts or other professionals
involved in the design and construction of the home. If a
buyer is looking for a customized design or product, Erzin
provides manufacturer information, guides the buyer in reviewing
products on line, and provides information on area vendor
showrooms where the products can be seen up close. "We do
everything possible to help buyers achieve their design vision,
and to simplify the selection process," notes Erzin.
